My precious sleep
Haven't had a good night sleep this week. All because every night, I've been having dreams, all of which vanished the moment I wake up.
I could not remember a single thing I dreamt about the night before.
But for every morning this week I woke up feeling even more tired and lacking sleep. Argh!!! I need my precious sleep.
How I wish this would stop. And how?

To have better sleep try this:
1. Lying on bed with arm at both sides in relax way.
2. Breath in with your nose, breath out with mouth. Breath in speed should be faster than breath out. About 2x faster. Try to maintain at slow pace. (E.g 4 to 6 cycles / min if you can)
3. When breath in don't force to lung, let it go to "dan tin". Your stomach area with arise.
4. When air breath in u can imagine your are inhaling the best air flow in and flushing your body when blow out.
Yes it sound like Qi Gong in movies. This breathing method is for relaxing and energize the Meridians (route full of accu-point) at "dan tin" area.
4. You may pratice it everyday (How long is depends on your taste)
Based on what i read from a book written by accupunture expert from China.
