Ouch!!!

Was watching some video clips over the weekend and saw this...

The moment I saw it, I was like... ("-_-) ... what the!!!!

Wonder why they're torturing their 'little brother' that way. I can't really imagine the reason why they're practising this so-called 'Groin Techniques' or why it was even created?

What good would such training gives? Besides the 'hanging', there are also 'pulling' and 'kicking'. And they made it look as if it doesn't hurt at all... could even swing the one hanging around, front and back...

But to me, it's... ouch!!! :D

  • not sure... they may or may not be monks

    it's hard to tell the real from the fakes and for some, they may live the life of a monk, but they're not actually monks.

  • The person on the screen is the one of the Master from Shaolin. Shao Lin have 72-Special Tech. If memories serve me right, he have mastered 7 of those.

    The full video explained that Groin area is weak point and this technique created to sustain the attach to that part.

    Of course have another function (claimed) but not useful to monk :P. Even not useful to a normal healthy man.

  • I aware that a human's groin is a weak point. But that training was not training their groins. To me, it was merely training their penis.

  • That is one of the claimed benifit from the explaination.
    The video you see is part of a longger show. He is not only on the penis but also train his balls (pulling the roller). This tech should be comes from India bring to China by Da Mo (达摩)
